Vintage Blooms Events is a labor of love, and a work of heart.


I want to bring your vision to life; I want to tell the story of your celebration, love and joy. Our service pricing includes: full event coordination, vendor referral and coordination, day-of set up and takedown, and access to our full inventory of decor, florals and signage.


I work with my brides from hire to finish, because the WHOLE story is important. I want you have the day of your dreams, without the stress, work and frustration that can come with planning a wedding. I will make sure that the day you envisioned is the day you have, and I will do everything I need to in order to ensure that. Every event is unique and special, and it should reflect the people that it celebrates.


My clients are people I care about, and that shows in every detail of your special day.

Our service pricing includes:

  • full event coordination
  • vendor referral and coordination

  • unlimited consultation

ADDITIONAL FEES:


  • $3/pp bussing fee for any events with a standalone caterer/bar
  • ental/delivery of bars, arches, chairs, or larger furniture pieces (couches, etc.)
  • Travel or transportation to events outside of Chautauqua County
  • Changes within two weeks of the event

INTERIOR DESIGN

Design services are priced based upon the room size, complexity of design, and pieces/decor included. Design consultations begin at $100, with that sum being deducted from the final invoice.


I am happy to work within your budget to create a space that reflects your family's personality and needs. Comfort and design go together to develop a room that invites peace, purpose and beauty.

I don't know where to start with Emily. Emily is an amazing human and truly cares about your day. From the moment we hired her (about a year out of our wedding) she was hands on and totally supportive. Not only is she incredibly detail orientated and organized but she also truly acted as a partner in the planning process. As a type A bride I wanted to be as much involved as I could and worried about releasing control to someone else, however soon after meeting Emily I fully trusted her to take the lead and plan a perfect day (which she did and then some!).

Emily planned big things such as decor and flowers with me, as well as the annoying little things like calling hotels, cab companies, and other vendors to make sure everything would run smoothly. I am extremely grateful for that. As the big day approached Emily worked hand in hand with me to have everything perfect, and quieted all my worries, she truly became a friend. Once the big day arrived, I seriously didn't have to even lift a finger. I sat inside the house with my girls, with essentially no stress which Emily worked tirelessly to make everything magical, and that she did.

The wedding was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I wanted and then some. Her decoration inventory is next level and made my wedding so beautiful! More than anything Emily's passion for what she does is what makes her special and the best. 30 minutes before the ceremony Emily pulled off a miracle by finding chain for my necklace after I lost the first one and printing out the drink sign after I forgot to. So not only does she deliver on what she promises but she also goes above and beyond and covers your mistakes as well. I am grateful for Emily's talent and skills and for having someone like her to manage my family, keep us on schedule, and tell everyone what to do and when to do it. We love Emily and I seriously do not think my wedding would have been as perfect and amazing without her. We cannot recommend her enough!!

You need Emily to plan your wedding. In the last year I started my own photo/video business and planned MY OWN wedding. The only mistake I made… was not finding Emily sooner. At a recent wedding a bride said to me: “This day turned out so beautiful, but there is nothing about it that would make me go through the stress of planning it again.” Don’t make the same mistake the bride and I did. START with Emily. She will ensure your event is beautiful and most importantly–enjoyable. She helps plan everything, start to finish and can even officiate your wedding for you! (I’ve seen her do it!) Having worked with her for the last few months I can’t even think of enough good things to say about her. She is kind, generous and SO HELPFUL! And as a vendor, she is an absolute dream to work with. I worked with several great event planners/coordinators this year, but Emily was the best. Every piece of info I needed to do my job…Emily had it ready for me. And even more importantly to me–she is friendly and personable. Make no mistake…those traits can be strangely hard to find, but you’ll find them with Emily. So I’ll say it again: If you’re planning an event (ESPECIALLY a wedding) call Emily. I promise you, the TIME and STRESS she saves you is beyond worth it!

As a couple, my husband and I are very easy going people. On the outside, that seems like a wonderful trait when planning a wedding. However, our level of ‘easy-going’ can also mean that we aren’t as ‘on-the-ball’ or decisive when it comes to small details. My only regret with our wedding was not hiring Emily sooner. As I “Covid bride” who had to plan, cancel, and try to plan it a few more times, Emily was a godsend. As soon as I met with her the first time all my stress and anxiety of planning a wedding (again) vanished. Within an hour of meeting she even booked me a DJ. Vintage Blooms Events did my daughter’s graduation party! I can’t tell you how much relief Emily gave to me.
